Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt.

Most orders are delivered in 7-10 business days (If the parcel arrives after 10 business days, please email us at info@parsmic.com, we will send you a 10% discount coupon with no minimum spend as compensation).

Sometimes parcels may meet US custom hold, thus shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
